We offer a broad assortment of forged products including: custom open die, contour-die, and closed die.

Our custom open die forging capabilities can produce forgings up to 150 tons in most configurations. We can forge practically all ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, including some exotic materials like age-hardening super-alloys, and corrosion-resistant refractory alloys.
We can provide rings forged by the seamless rolling process up to 350,000lbs, with O.D.’s up to 30 feet in diameter. In addition to all basic shapes we can provide rings with complex, functional cross sections to meet almost any design requirements (contoured rolled rings).

Closed die (impression-die) forgings with capacities up to 25 tons. Most engineering metals and alloys can be forged with this process. In addition, parts can be bent or curved in one or several planes, whether they are basically longitudinal, equidimensional or flat.
Our international contacts allow us to meet difficult specifications and obtain products that may not be available in North America.
